Strength, boxing and Hyrox-style conditioning
A Hyrox race is eight 1km runs, each followed by a functional station: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. It rewards people who are strong and fit at the same time, which is exactly what most training plans fail to build.
Daniel builds the stations into a strength programme rather than bolting on random circuits. You get stronger on the lifts that make the sled move, and you build the engine to hold pace when your legs are gone.
The functional room has a sled track, SkiErgs, a wall ball wall and kettlebells, with a full free weights floor next door. Silver and Gold members get 24-hour access, so you can do your extra sessions whenever suits you.
You do not need a race booked. Hyrox-style training is a brilliant way to get fitter if you are bored of the treadmill, and it gives every session a clear target.
No. Daniel programmes from your starting point and builds the stations up over time.
