Privacy policy

Last updated 4 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information personaltrainersinwisbech.co.uk collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Personal Trainers in Wisbech is a local booking site powered by personaltrainers.pro.

What we collect

  • Details you send us through a form: your name, mobile, email, goal, when you can train, your BoxCross membership status and your message.
  • Marketing source information: the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, and campaign or click identifiers from the advert you clicked (for example utm tags, gclid or fbclid). We store this in first-party cookies named ptw_att (90 days) and ptw_xid (13 months).
  • Booking details when you book through personaltrainers.pro: the session, time, price and payment status.

Why we use it

  • To pass your request or booking to the coach you chose, so they can arrange your sessions (performing a contract you asked for).
  • To work out which pages and adverts bring people who go on to train, so we spend on what works (legitimate interests).
  • To reply to messages you send us (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

  • The coach you request or book, and no other coach.
  • Netlify, which hosts this site and receives form submissions.
  • personaltrainers.pro, which runs bookings, diaries and confirmation emails.
  • Stripe, when a coach takes card payment. Card details go to Stripe and never touch this site.
  • Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, only as conversion measurement linked to the click identifiers above.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and booking records are kept for up to 24 months after your last contact, then deleted, unless a coach needs them longer for their own records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop marketing to you. Contact us and we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
